The CCES has over 18 years of experience in recruiting, training and building DCO capacity to perform at the highest levels of international standards within the Canadian domestic program, at International Federation sanctioned events and at major games. The CCES trained and certified more than 80 Doping Control Officers for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

If you are looking for the highest level of training and certification, look no further than the CCES. Compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code and mandatory standards, the CCES has the authority and expertise to train and certify DCOs.

Our clients have included: Les Jeux de La Francophonie, the Qatar Anti-Doping Commission, and the Carribean Regional Anti-Doping Organization.

Certification

Every DCO trained by the CCES will be certified in accordance to the WADA Sample Collection Personnel Guidelines. DCOs must undergo practical training by observing at least one (1) out-of-competition and one in-competition sample collection session before given the responsibility to conduct one out-of-competition and one in-competition test on their own, under the observation of an accredited and certified CCES DCO. DCOs shall also act in the capacity of a notifying, witnessing and escorting Chaperone before earning their stripes. Therefore, at a minimum, a new DCO must take part in four sample collection sessions.

The CCES will also provide Chaperone training and will train DCOs to function with and train any chaperones that they require to perform their duties.
